Swing Fan Recommended by 5 LPGA Clinics Pros |

Louise Ball: A great warm up tool as well as a great way to increase club head speed. To warm up, swing about 10 to 20 times. To increase club head speed, swing 15 times right handed and left handed, up to 3 sets a day. Because of its design, it creates lots of resistance. To swing it with speed, you must use your lower body to initiate the downswing. Every great downswing starts from the "ground up". Advanced players can swing the fan while standing on balance discs or a bosu ball.
Sheryl Maize: The Swing Fan is one of my favorite training aids because it strengthens key golf muscles while helping cure three of golf's most common swing flaws: Casting, coming over the top and lifting the club on the backswing. With four plastic fins offering resistance, the the Swing Fan also helps improve tempo and club head speed. Daily use for several weeks will help strengthen hands, forearms and rotary torso muscles---key muscles for increasing distance in our female students!
Jan Roberts: "Power Swing Fan allows the user to increase body rotation, club head release, strength and flexibility which are all key elements to longer distance and club head control. The user swings the fan through the air and will immediately "feel" resistance due to the fins; the resistance forces the user to lag and sequentially fire the correct muscles to release the fan up and through impact to a balanced finish. |
